About
Greenery, peace and privacy in the heart of Istria
Villa Katarina is a house from the 1920s, once the heart of a family estate with a vineyard. The family looked after it for decades and in 2019 renovated it, keeping the stone walls and the spirit of the old home, with modern comfort. The ground floor holds the living room, kitchen and dining room and two bedrooms with bathrooms; upstairs are two more bedrooms with two bathrooms, and the fifth bedroom, with its own bathroom, is in a separate building.
